we are employees, employers, management and advisors. we have seen the wars, the conspiracy theories, the skeletons in the closet, and the elephants in the room and we know they all lead nowhere. everyone remains afraid to speak up, and so the world goes — a place we need to share but have less and less hope for.

we believe it is time for an "org/humanity 2.0" where a democratic consensus of all members of a community are heard equally and safely in every situation. our hope is that 'the family that hears each other may finally stop finding reasons to fear each other'.

we have no agenda beyond offering this tool. we use it ourselves, we have learned to listen, and it works. our collective problems are too big for in-fighting and politics. our tool can help us solve them together.
